The Hermès Candy Collection is a series of limited-edition bi-color Birkin and Kelly handbags first launched in Spring 2011 under creative director Christophe Lemaire. Marking a playful departure from Hermès’ traditionally subdued palette, these pieces feature contrasting leather interiors and were produced in 35, 30, and 25 cm Birkins as well as 35, 32, and 28 cm Kellys.
Across two waves, the Candy Collection introduced eleven vibrant shades: Kiwi, Lime, Blue Celeste, Rose Tyrien, Bleu Électrique, Étain, and Tosca in Spring 2011, followed by Jaune d’Or, Rose Jaipur, Brique, and Rouge Casaque in Fall 2012. These eye-catching combinations quickly became must-have collector’s items, cementing Candy’s place as a landmark limited edition in Hermès history.
